  • Highlights

  • Fixed a RoverLog lookup bug in the field. I need to issue a new release as soon as I have some more comments from other users.
  • Canadian/US border was pretty smooth. We heard N2OPW got turned away and was not allowed into Canada.
  • The police showed up in FN12. They were curious, but left quickly when they found out we were ok. They were on a call.
  • We discovered the source of the 2 GHz buzzing on TX and RX is the 600 W power inverter. This is also responsible for most of the 6m and 222 hash.
  • Ideas

  • Automate 2 GHz T/R switching.
  • Automate turning off 3 GHz PA in TX.
  • Build 12 V to 24 V converters for laptops to eliminate hash.
  • Change 10 GHz tranverter over from 110 V AC to 12 V DC.
  • Eliminate inverters.
